What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, no account sign-up, no analytics and no tracking or advertising scripts. Browsing these pages does not create a profile of you, and we do not sell or share visitor information.

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages keep standard request logs — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time — which are used for security and to keep the site running.

Quote requests and the customer portal

Quote requests are handled in our customer portal at portal.traxismfg.com, which is a separate application with its own terms and privacy notice. Any account details, drawings, models or order information you submit there are governed by that notice, not this page.

Contacting us directly

If you call or email us, we keep what you send — your name, contact details, and any drawings or part information — so we can quote and produce your work and keep a record of the job. We do not run a newsletter and we do not add you to a marketing list. We share your information with third parties only where it is necessary to do the work you asked for, such as arranging shipping, or where the law requires it.

Your choices
